Vacation

I went on 2 vacations this summer my 1st one was to Mexico we stayed at a hotel called The Grand Mayan. Then just last night I got back home from Canada. Not to mention we had some trouble on the plane. So we left my cousins house and flew perfectly fine. We got to Atlanta perfectly fine. My mom looked at the time are flight was spouse to leave any minute and we were STILL SITTING THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then my Mom found out that the flight BEFORE US WAS STILL SITTING THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So when are plane came in the flight before us got are plane. Which I guess is fair but are then are flight got delayed by 2 hours! Then when we got on the pilot said "Now you luggage will be loaded" NOW BE LOADED now sure it was raining but not hard at all. So that took OVER an hour. So then we have to sit in line for the run way so that delayed us another 1 hour so we flew back to Texas and I never knew the city looked so cool at night. So when we land the pilot says trying to keep a positive attitude"Now we have to wait for them to bring out that connecting tube thing" Well he really say tube thing. So when we were getting are carry-ons the lights turn off so were standing in pitch black then they turn on and flicker.when my mom goes to get here suitcase the suit case thing shuts down but then turns back on. But all those things alone not that bad but together everything you can think of that means bad. I did have a fun vacation,and got chocolate. Including something called Cherry Chilly Chocolate it's so good.

Music

Whats your favorite kind of music? Mine is country.Now sure I do like do like rock, but country is number one. My parents had a hole bunch of Cd's and I have over 30 in my room and only 2 aren't country!

Hermione the hamster

My hamster Hermione is almost always asleep during the day and awake most of the night. Did you know that hamsters are nocturnal (like mine)? If you have a hamster, do you give it pretzels? They make hamster pretzels out of hamster food and put color into it. Hermione has eaten green, purple, red, and orange pretzels so far. When I give her one, she practically attacks it. She just shoves the whole thing in her cheek, and then sometimes her cheeks look huge and too big for her body.

I'm a journalist

I have always wanted to be a journalist since I was in pre-school. I was always interested in writing and reading. I hope to write a book or be in the newspaper someday. So I'm changing my blog a little. I will write about the good, the bad, the funny, and the regular daily news. Like hurricane Ike would be bad news. Scaring the heck out of my brothers would be funny news.

I want a old fashioned, 1930's typewriter for my birthday coming up in March and so I decided to change to a typewriter font on my blog. So that's what I'm doing.
